The Garmin Instinct Solar watch, Surf edition, allows you to enjoy long hours spent catching every wave. Designed with surfing enthusiasts in mind. Equipped with a battery featuring solar charging capability, which can last up to 54 days in smartwatch mode. By understanding the operation of the sensors and individual modes, you can customize the battery life to your needs.

The Surf model has a MIP display made of Corning® Gorilla® glass, scratch-resistant with a resolution of 128 × 128 pixels, which is exceptionally readable even in strong sunlight. The bezel is reinforced with fiberglass to increase durability.

The watch is equipped with a range of features useful during surfing. With its help, you can catch the best wave; just glance at the dial to check the ocean conditions. Record your surfing activity and monitor your performance, such as maximum speed and surfing distance. Instinct Solar Surf is compatible with the Surfline Sessions™ app, which, combined with the Surfline camera, creates a video record of every wave you surf.

Besides these functions, you can use the watch to track progress in other disciplines by using the preloaded sport profiles. Review data on calories burned, distance traveled, heart rate zones during training, and set new goals. After a hard day, you can check your stress level, and the sleep monitor allows you to track its quality.
