Mizuno

Mizuno

The history of the Mizuno brand dates back to 1906, when its founder Rihachi Mizuno decided to set up a store that would carry accessories dedicated to the game of baseball. Over time, however, the company began to expand into other sports products as well , including skiing equipment, golf equipment, indoor soccer shoes, soccer turfs, soccer lanky shoes, indoor volleyball shoes, running apparel and shoes (including outdoor running shoes ), and fitness shoes. The latter category, in particular, brought the brand its greatest fame in later years and allowed it to rank among the leading manufacturers of running accessories (especially shoes).

In 1928, Mizuno patented the first running spikes, which made their debut at the Olympic Games in Amsterdam that same year. Over the years, the brand developed innovative athletic shoes, in which, in 1991 during the World Championships in Tokyo, renowned runner Carl Lewis set the world record for the 100-meter run. These events only filled the company with optimism and motivated it to continue development.

In 1975, Mizuno released the now-famous M-line footwear line, which accommodated both running and everyday activity models. Thus, the company also expanded into casual, everyday products. One of the most important lines, which includes specialized shoes for running on asphalt, is the Wave Rider, which uses modern technology to provide excellent cushioning.
In 1997, the Mizuno brand entered a new market with the introduction of its first soccer plugs. With this move, the company expanded its range, offering shoes that quickly gained recognition among professional and amateur soccer players around the world. Mizuno stoppers are known for their high-quality materials, innovative technologies and comfortable fit.

Today, Mizuno is one of the world's most recognized sports brands, whose products are used by both beginners and advanced enthusiasts of physical activity. It is worth choosing accessories from Mizuno to ensure maximum comfort during your workout.
