    Terms and Conditions of the “Daily Deal” promotion

    I. General Provisions

    1. The organiser of the “Daily Deal” (“Promotion”) is SPORTANO.COM Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Zielona Góra (65-427) at ul. Wrocławska 17B, premises 15-16, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court in Zielona Góra, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000896178, holding NIP 9731077223, REGON 388722422, BDO 000550240, with a share capital amounting to PLN 25,325,950.00, fully paid up (“Organiser”).
    2. Capitalised terms not defined in these Terms and Conditions, shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms and Conditions of the Website available at the link https://sportano.com/terms-and-conditions, unless otherwise specified in the content of these Terms and Conditions. If capitalised terms are defined both in these Terms and Conditions, and in the Online Store Terms and Conditions, for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the definition of the term resulting from these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.


    II. Place and Duration of the Promotion

    1. The promotion is conducted in the Organizer's Online Store and in the Organizer's Mobile Application ("Organizer's Store").
    2. The promotion runs from 2025-11-05 until further notice and will take place cyclically on dates selected by the Organiser, with each such individual edition of the Promotion (“Promotion Edition”) constituting a separate, time-limited promotional offer for the given Product. It lasts for the period specified by the Organiser, in accordance with the information visible next to the product covered by the Promotion, but no longer than until the specified number of Products covered by the Promotion indicated in the Organiser’s Store Promotion panel — whichever occurs first (“Duration of the Promotion Edition”). After the expiry of the Duration of the Promotion Edition, the given Product ceases to be covered by the Promotion.


    III. General Terms of the Promotion

    1. As part of the Promotion, the Organiser enables during the Promotion Edition Period Participants, who meet the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions and on the terms set out in these Terms and Conditions, to purchase three types of Products selected by the Organiser at the promotional price specified by the Organiser (“Promotional Price”), subject to clause. 3 below.
    2. Each Promotion Edition applies exclusively to selected products indicated by the Organiser, available in a special section called „Daily Deal” of the Organiser’s Store, and applies solely to the number of such Products specified by the Organiser in the Promotion panel of the Organiser’s Store — only for the Duration of the Promotion Edition (“Products”). Within a given Promotion Edition, three types of Products will be available. After the specified number in the panel of the Organiser’s Store Promotion of Products has been exhausted, the Promotion on that Product ceases to apply, even if the Duration of the Promotion Edition has not yet expired.The number of Products The Promotion on this Product will cease to apply, even if the Promotion Edition Duration has not yet expired.
    3. The promotion is valid until the number of Products covered by the Promotion indicated in the Organizer's Store Promotion panel is exhausted or until the end of the Promotion Edition Duration — whichever occurs first.
    4. As part of one Edition of the Promotion, the Organiser provides three different Products, assigned to three levels of availability:

    a) Product at level 1 – Product available at the Promotional Price for all users (without logging in), whereby the type of the first Product and information regarding the first Product, indicated in section 7 below, are visible (uncovered) to all users.
    b) Level 2 Product – Product available at the Promotional Price for logged-in users who have consented to receive commercial information via e-mail (newsletter). The type of the second Product and information concerning the second Product, indicated in section 7 below, are visible only after logging into the Customer Account and consenting to receive commercial information via e-mail (newsletter).
    c) Product at level 3– Product available at a Promotional Price for logged-in users of the Organizer's Mobile Application with active consent to receive notificationspush notifications. The type of the third Product and information concerning the third Product, indicated in section 7 below, are visible only after the Participant logs into the Organizer’s Mobile Application and gives consent to receive push notifications.

    5. After the end of the Product Promotion it may remain visible in the " Daily Deal" section as archived (greyed out), with information about the end of the Promotion for this Product.
    6. The organiser reserves the right to verify compliance with the participation conditions in the Promotion specified in this Regulations.
    7. Subject to the fulfilment of the conditions specified in clause. 4 above, Products covered by the Promotion during the Promotion Edition Period are presented in a dedicated section called “Daily Deal” of the Organiser’s Online Store along with the following information:

    a) promotional price and the recommended Product covered by the Promotion,
    b) information about the discount level on the Product covered by the Promotion – the discount level is specified as a percentage or a fixed amount,
    c) Duration Timer of Promotion Editing in relation to the selected Product,
    d) a counter or progress bar showing the number of units of the Product covered by the Promotion that have been sold and are available,
    e) the number of available units of Products covered by the Promotion.


    IV. Terms of participation in the Promotion

    1. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
    2. To take part in the Promotion, the Participant should, during the Promotion Edition Period:

    a) in the case of a Level 1 Product:

    - visit the Organiser's Online Store website or open the Organiser's Mobile Application,
    - go to the „Daily Deal” section, where current promotional offers are presented, and
    - purchase the Product from level 1 (without the need to log in);

    c) in the case of a Level 2 Product:

    - enter the Organizer's Online Store website or open the Organizer's Mobile Application,
    - log in to the Client Account,
    - to consent to receiving commercial information via electronic means (e-mail), and
    - purchase the Product from level 2;

    d) in the case of a Level 3 Product:

    - launch the Organiser's Mobile Application,
    - log in to the Client Account,
    - to consent to receiving push notifications in the Organizer's Mobile Application, and
    - purchase the Product from level 3.

    3. Adding a Product to the Basket does not guarantee the purchase of the Product at the Promotional Price – the Promotional Price applies only, when during the Promotion Edition Period the Participant makes a successful payment for the Product.
    4. Adding a Product to the Basket does not block its availability for other Customers – the order of payment for Products is decisive.
    5. The organiser reserves the right to verify compliance with the conditions specified in the Terms and Conditions.


    V. Limitations

    1. The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes, or loyalty reductions, unless otherwise stated.
    2. The organiser reserves the right to end the Promotion early for reasons beyond its control (e.g. stock depletion, system errors).
    3. The following purchase limits apply within the given Promotion Edition:

    a) for a Level 1 Product – at the Promotional Price, one unit of a Level 1 Product can be purchased in a single transaction,
    b) for the Level 2 Product and the Level 3 Product – it is possible to purchase one unit of the Level 2 Product and one unit of the Level 3 Product throughout the entire Promotion Edition,

    4. In the case, when the Participant of the Promotion is an Entrepreneur, provided that the Entrepreneur meets the conditions of participation in the Promotion specified in these Terms and Conditions:

    a) The entrepreneur is entitled to purchase within the Promotion a maximum of one Product from level 1, a maximum of one Product from level 2, and a maximum of one Product from level 3 within one Edition of the Promotion regardless of the number of Accounts held by that Entrepreneur, and
    b) the purchase of a maximum of ten Products covered by the Promotion is allowed in a given calendar month.

    7. If during the placing of the Order (i.e. before the Participant in the Promotion makes the payment for the Product) the pool of Products covered by the Promotion is exhausted or the Duration of the Promotion Edition expires, the price of the Product will be automatically changed to the recommended price of the Product.


    VI.Complaints

    1. Complaints regarding the Promotion Participants may submit complaints to the Organizer's registered office address or electronically to the email address contact@sportano.com within 14 days from the occurrence of reasons justifying the complaint.
    2. To expedite the processing of the complaint, please provide the full name of the Promotion Participant and contact details (e.g. email address or phone number), as well as a description of the reasons justifying the complaint.
    3. The Organizer responds to the complaint without delay, no later than within 14 days from the date of its submission.
    4. Complaints are handled by the Organiser, applying in particular the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.


    VII. Changes to the Regulations

    1. These Terms and Conditions may only be changed in the event of a valid reason, which is:

    a) change of legal regulations governing the conditions, rules and organisation of conducting Promotions,
    b) change in the method of conducting the Promotion due to technical or technological reasons,
    c) change in the scope or provision of services to which the provisions of the Regulations apply, by introducing new, modifying or withdrawing by the Organizer of the existing functionalities or services covered by the Regulations.

    2. In the event of a change to the Regulations, the Organiser shall make the consolidated text of the Regulations available by publishing it on the website https://sportano.com/terms-and-conditions-daily-deals . The change to the Regulations shall take effect from the moment of explicit its indication and placement at the above-mentioned address.
