Soft but stable shoes

The Mizuno Inspire offers soft and resilient cushioning, especially in the front of the shoe. The midfoot and rear of the shoe are further stabilised by the Wave plate. This is a good model for long runs, at a relaxed pace. The cushioning is a little too soft for fast runs. The interior of the shoe offers a lot of space in the toe area; while the heel area wraps the foot tightly for more protection and stability. I would like to draw your attention to the oversized sizing. My normal size 44.5EUR is a tad too big here. I correct this with a thicker sock, although a size 44.0EUR would be ideal.
