      They are warm, not necessarily summer, it took me a long time to adjust the laces on the right because the tongue of the shoe is thick and it presses my foot painfully on top. I would have liked them to be a little wider in the front so I could rub my toes better, don't know if there is a wide version. I have plantar fasciitis and these seem like the first shoes I can wear without aggravating my condition.

      How to measure the length of your foot - instructions in 4 steps

      1. Prepare a sheet of paper and set it on a hard, non-slippery surface - it is best to tape it to the floor.

      2 Stand barefoot on a piece of paper - distribute your body weight evenly and set your foot straight.

      3. Mark the tip of the big toe and the back of the heel - preferably holding the pencil vertically.

      4. Take off the foot and measure the distance between the marks - this is the length of the foot. Repeat for the other foot and choose a larger measurement, matching it to the size chart.
