1 day testing : size 43 and 1/3 , foot 27 cm > Perfect fit
The front is slightly wide but not too wide and the heel is quite wide, so be careful if you have narrow feet (a sock helps).
Drop 8mm OK for both walking and running, quite a lot of flex - they are springy ... you have to get used to it and that's it
The sole holds the ground each . Good lateral reinforcement
The only downside is the tongue - thin and short, so you can feel the laces when you squeeze the shoe tightly at the top.

So yes, I wear size 40, I bought Hoka Metafe 5 shoes size 40 2/3, unfortunately the shoes were too small, I had to return them (full refund), they were out of size 41 1/3, I bought Hoka Speedgoat 6 shoes size 41 1/3 - size perfect. I highly recommend Sportano.co.uk, everything without any problems.
