      Nice and that's it

      I am not convinced about these shoes. If I were to run in them in the mountains I am afraid I would end up with a leg injury. They look nice, but whether they are functional as the manufacturer announced I don't know. On the leg it was definitely not a comfortable existence for me... I sent them back

      How to measure the length of your foot - instructions in 4 steps

      1. Prepare a sheet of paper and set it on a hard, non-slippery surface - it is best to tape it to the floor.

      2 Stand barefoot on a piece of paper - distribute your body weight evenly and set your foot straight.

      3. Mark the tip of the big toe and the back of the heel - preferably holding the pencil vertically.

      4. Take off the foot and measure the distance between the marks - this is the length of the foot. Repeat for the other foot and choose a larger measurement, matching it to the size chart.
