The barrel in terms of dimensions and ergonomics is great - its height allows the whole body to be very comfortable and fully submerged up to the neck, and the design itself is stable when inflated. Unfortunately, after purchase, issues became apparent which, with a product of this class, need to be refined.The main design flaw is the top cover. Even when very firmly fastened with four straps, it is impossible to achieve a complete seal. The resulting air gap makes the thermal insulation average - when the water is cooled down to around zero degrees, the system strongly catches the outside temperature, while when the water is heated to around 40 degrees, it cools down quickly. In addition, my unit developed a manufacturing defect in the form of a leak. The problem with escaping pressure appeared quite quickly in less than two months and required the barrel to be pumped up several times. It was only after some time that the precise location of the leak could be located - the air was escaping at the very bottom, at the factory bottom layer joint. A complaint has already been lodged in this regard, but the after-sales service at Sportano.co.uk leaves a lot to be desired. The support response time to emails is tens of hours each time, and the lack of any telephone contact with a decision-maker makes logistics extremely difficult and lengthy. It remains to be seen how professionally the shop will take up the subject of liability for manufacturing defects and how quickly it will resolve the problem. For the moment, I rate the product neutrally with a lot of credit, hoping for an efficient service response.
