Mafate version with carbon. These are my best starter shoes. I previously used the Mafate speed 4, and these really do the job. The weight is just right, they run great. Comfortable.

A shoe for the long haul, but for the half distance they will also sit. Cushioning perfect, lightweight and very well made. I love the mafate series and I may not be objective, but everything except the price plays perfectly for me here.

Mega comfortable and well shaped. Considerable amartisation. Wider in the forefoot, and well covering the midfoot and heel. I usually wear 42 2/3, here I stood at 43 1/3.
