      Excellent super trainer

      This is what I expected. The shoe is like a cloud on springs. The advantages alone are that it is quite fast and holds the ankle very well and takes care of the joints. The downside? The downsides are that it is quite wide in the toe and because of the high stack it can rock a bit in the corners. Apart from that, it's great. I would love to buy a second pair of the same kind

      How to measure the length of your foot - instructions in 4 steps

      1. Prepare a sheet of paper and set it on a hard, non-slippery surface - it is best to tape it to the floor.

      2 Stand barefoot on a piece of paper - distribute your body weight evenly and set your foot straight.

      3. Mark the tip of the big toe and the back of the heel - preferably holding the pencil vertically.

      4. Take off the foot and measure the distance between the marks - this is the length of the foot. Repeat for the other foot and choose a larger measurement, matching it to the size chart.
