The DWR coating makes the fabric water repellent, so that water forms droplets on its surface and runs off instead of soaking in. This protects the fabric from getting wet quickly, providing greater comfort in wet conditions, but does not guarantee full water repellency.

The Windstopper membrane is designed in such a way that it does not let any air through, meaning that it effectively stops the wind. In addition to this, it is characterised by an extremely high breathability, which makes it ideal for intense exertion.

GORE-TEX® ePE material is an expanded polyethylene characterised by waterproof, windproof and air permeable properties. Products with an ePE membrane provide durable performance that lasts a long time.
