Very soft and good bounce in the heel. Suitable only for those who run from the heel - you will be very satisfied. If you run mid-foot or forefoot, not so much. Because the front part of the sole is thin. The contrast is : the heel is extremely soft and bouncy and the front is hard and thin. This results in a lack of balance. I liked the rough, non-releasing laces. The tread is quite deep.
