Ingredients: Glucose syrup, water, maltodextrin, sucrose, highly branched cyclic dextrin (Cluster Dextrin®), caffeine, acidifying agent (citric acid), acidity regulator (sodium citrate), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavouring, sodium chloride.
Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients.

Directions for use: Consume a maximum of 2 gels every 60 minutes during exercise, drinking about 300 ml of water.

Do not consume with alcohol or medication. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake of the product.
