Ingredients: Maltodextrin, fructose, water, salt, strawberry flavour, acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate).
Allergens: Peanuts and products containing peanuts. Tree nuts, namely almonds (Amygdalus communis L.), hazelnuts (Corylus avellana), walnuts (Juglans regia), cashews (Anacardium occidentale), pecans (Carya illinoiesis (Wangenh.) K. Koch), Brazil nuts (Bertholletia excelsa), pistachios (Pistacia vera), macadamia nuts and Queensland nuts (Macadamia ternifolia) and derived products.
Do not use if allergic to any of the product’s ingredients.

Usage: Consume a maximum of 2 gels every 60 minutes during exercise, drinking about 300 ml of water.
