I run in the women's version of the Hoka Rocket X 3 and I have to say that these shoes really surprised me. Usually shoes with a carbon plate are quite stiff and hard, which makes them not always comfortable. This model is completely different. The shoes are very soft and have great cushioning, so the foot has a lot of comfort even when running faster. At the same time, despite this softness, they are very dynamic - with every step you feel the springiness and energy to rebound. This combination of soft cushioning and dynamics is really impressive. For me, it's the perfect combination of comfort, cushioning and dynamics - a shoe you really want to run fast in.
