Vibram® MegaGrip® outsole
The aggressive Vibram® MegaGrip® tread instantly grips the ground, providing traction on both dry and wet surfaces. The strategically placed lugs stabilise the foot during sudden changes in direction or dynamic sprints uphill. When traversing rocky sections or muddy slopes, the foot maintains confidence with each step, even as the terrain becomes exceptionally challenging.
Breathable upper made of textile material
During intense movement, the textile upper material actively supports air exchange around the foot. The thoughtful structure promotes a constant airflow even during increased exertion. During long runs, ventilation remains at a high level, reducing moisture buildup inside the shoe.
Standard fit and perfect fit
The standard fit construction translates to a fit that conforms to the natural shape of the foot. The appropriately shaped space in the forefoot allows for free movement of the toes with every step. A shoe for the long haul, but for the half distance they will also sit. Cushioning perfect, lightweight and very well made. I love the mafate series and I may not be objective, but everything except the price plays perfectly for me here.

Mega comfortable and well shaped. Considerable amartisation. Wider in the forefoot, and well covering the midfoot and heel. I usually wear 42 2/3, here I stood at 43 1/3.
