This is my second pair of running shoes from MIZUNO , the first Wave Rider 25 has done its job and after 4 years of running it has been retired well deservedly .
Now for 10 days I have the Wave Rider 29 and it is a cosmos in running and I tried both on the asphalt and on the treadmill at the gym .
I am very pleased and recommend to everyone, although I know that you do not buy a running shoe without a decent fit to the foot, and I measured a lot of well-known brands, but this company fits perfectly.
