The applied 3M™ Thinsulate™ membrane features a two-layer construction. It is located just under the outer fabric and is additionally protected by a thin lining, which forms a separate layer. This enhances the comfort in the Hero Aile model, effectively protecting against moisture, rain, snow, and wind. The membrane also has a high breathability factor, so the user is not exposed to overheating during intense activity or slightly warmer days.

To maintain the best possible moisture protection effect, the fabric surface is treated with DWR hydrophobic finish, waterproof zippers, and taped seams. This improves the jacket's waterproof properties and retains moisture and water longer, preventing them from penetrating inside. Additionally, the use of fabric that stretches in four directions ensures maximum flexibility and freedom of movement, which is crucial during skiing.

The Hero Aile jacket construction includes a special snow skirt, which provides an excellent barrier against snow getting under the jacket, especially after a fall.
