The MetaRocker™ technology enables dynamic foot rolling from heel to toe, making running movement smoother and more natural. This effect is further enhanced by the refinement of the heel area and the Active Foot Frame™, which stabilises the rear part of the foot without stiffening it.
Maintaining the language in place – a new lacing system
The HOKA Clifton 10 features an improved lacing system with a double lace lock that effectively keeps the tongue in place throughout the duration of activity. This solution prevents the material from shifting, eliminating discomfort and the need to constantly adjust the tongue while running.
Grip and durability
The lower part of the shoe has been reinforced with abrasion-resistant rubber, which covers the key areas of the outsole that are subject to the greatest stress. This construction not only increases the durability of the model but also significantly improves grip on various surfaces – from asphalt, through concrete paths, to hardened park trails.

I am a hobby runner. I run about 70 to 90 km a month. Hoka Clifton 10 are perfect for me even for longer distances. They have plenty of room in the front. They cushion well and I like to run in them. They are breathable and after about 200 kilometres I have nothing to complain about. I recommend them.

Are they pretty,ugly,beautiful? DIFFERENT opinions,but they are excellent shoes for running on asphalt with ONE disadvantage which will be discussed in a moment.First of all,primo they are VERY LIGHT,second primo they have VERY good cushioning,comfortable!I have a wide foot and they are perfect for me.They hold my foot and do not "throw" to the sides.Worth the money...Oh, and about that FAILURE...They do not run on their own.Such shoes.

I'll start with the only small downside: the heel hold is a little too weak, causing the foot to run slightly inwards. I compared with the Asics NovaBlast 5 and here there is, apart from the heel hold, the same comfort. I checked in parallel the Saucony Triumph (more room in the toe), Asics Gel Nimbus 27 (tight toe box and too much selected sole under the toes), Hoka Bondi 9 (too narrow in the front of the foot), Hoka Arahi 7 (completely ruined compared to the 6 I have run in so far). In summary very nice shoes, comfortable, with nice cushioning. We'll see how they perform with heel hold over time.

My first running shoes from Hoka and I am very positively surprised because with a weight of 83 kg the shoe already fulfilled its purpose in terms of comfort and cushioning on the first long run. Size 46 as in the table ideal for a foot length of 28.5.

I am pleased with my purchase of the latest Cliftons. They are very comfortable, soft and lightweight. They stabilise the foot well and do not weigh on the leg. I've run practically everything in them - from leisurely patting down miles to more vigorous training touches. I am going to run a half marathon in them and I know I will achieve my goals.
