Solid support
I am positively surprised, purchased for knee joint support due to knee strain. You can really feel the difference, squatting and lifting perceptibly easier, holds the whole joint firmly on all sides.
It has some rubber strips glued on the inside to prevent it from sliding, I suspect they may come off quickly so great care is needed when putting it on and taking it off.
