The skates are comfortable and provide good support for the foot; the hardness of the wheels is just right for me, although I haven’t had the chance to try them out on a damp surface yet – that’s when you find out if they slip. What’s more, they’re manoeuvrable, and you can skate on them smoothly and quickly. Those buckles are an interesting solution that really does the job. Each skate weighs 1.55 kg. For daredevils, the manufacturer throws in a brake, so that hospitals don’t end up empty after someone tries to do a snake, a cross-step, or – for the most reckless – slide headfirst down the stairs whilst wearing them. This was my first experience with a Rollerblade product and a very pleasant surprise; I’d even go so far as to say they’re the best skates my feet have ever been in (previously Roces, K2, Oxelo and the complete disaster that was the Powerslide Zoom 80 – which cost me numerous grazes). I personally recommend them.

For me, as a new skater, it's best to start with a skate with a solid sole. The firecracker used on these skates is coordinately different from the other model, but provides a stronger and more uniform lock. From the very first ride I felt a better rolling quality. And I can finally learn to enter corners correctly.

Very good rollers
A great option if you have a slightly bigger budget. They are suitable for beginner and advanced, the rail standard allows you to change to a different rail, the rail can be adjusted sideways. They are versatile, suitable for town, recreation, tricks and slaloms. The boot is suitable for a wider foot. They hold the foot well, plus the binding, firecracker buckle system - once you set it, some people may not like it.
