    They grip the foot well. They are moderately soft and the TPU insole super dampens the impact of the foot on the ground. So far I've run in NB FreshFoam More v4 (highest cushioning) and the difference is colossal. In the Propel you can feel that the shoe drives the movement . Already on my first run in the new shoes I managed to beat my time by 2.5min over the same distance.
