One of the best training shoes. I have run about 1200 km in them mainly on tarmac. 4 training sessions a week. The sole is slightly worn, but still nothing compared to the competition, where some soles were worn after 400 km. Heel slightly worn through from socks. Now they will only be used for walking. I recommend them for the autumn-winter season, they may be too hot in the summer!

I've moved on from the Aduro 6 so comparing the two shoes is hardly conclusive, but you have to admit that the Glycerin 22 is a great shoe. Comfortable, with a nice drop. Good for long distances and beyond.
