My first Carbon shoes and with these shoes I can run really fast, they give a great performance on asphalt and tartan, I started the year with 39:47 and I'm finishing now with 36:54 for 10k, I've been using them for over half a year mainly for competitions, I ordered a size bigger and it's ok, I recommend
