It gives the impression that it will do what it is designed to do. However, it is difficult to confirm this 100% as I have not ridden on it long enough.
Minus one star for the poor instructions on how to apply the product when pouring into an inner tube.
In my experience, it is most convenient to unscrew the valve of the inner tube before mounting it on the wheel and pour the product carefully through it. It is a good idea to have a piece of wire (e.g. a straightened paperclip) at hand, as lumps of silicone can block the valve and the blockage must then be pushed out using the wire.
