Very good shoes if you are aware of the nature and purpose of barefoot shoes. Lightweight, flexible, wide in toe, great ground feel. Waterproof, with rain and wet ground such as mud, is OK. Grip very good in all conditions. I have been using these shoes for trekking and mountain running for a year (mileage of about 300km) and so far they have held up great. I recommend

Shoes really cool, comfortable, good fit. They have good grip on the ground. The only thing I would complain about is that the side plastic inserts are a bit too hard and when you bend them very hard they pinch a bit and the shoes feel warm, as if there is no ventilation, which is surprising because of the construction of the shoe.
