"Unfortunately, I cannot assess the handling characteristics of these skis because I received a unit with a serious manufacturing defect. In one of the skis, the Konect system plate was mounted asymmetrically - the offset from the longitudinal axis of the ski is as much as 3 mm towards the edge. The other ski is straight, confirming either an assembly error or an error in drilling holes in the core of one piece.
With such precision equipment as the Dynastar Speed 563, an offset of 3 mm is unacceptable and disqualifies the ski from safe use (causes asymmetrical edging and stresses the joints). It's a shame, because the model promised to be great, but the quality control in this case failed. My advice to anyone is to carefully measure the distance of the bindings from the edge right out of the box."
