Very versatile and durable footwear.

Comfortable, good cushioning
Comfortable but not overly springy shoes with good cushioning. I use for leisurely runs, but they can also handle faster accents. A little narrow, but they do not put pressure on the foot.

Ideal price/softness/universality ratio
My second purchase of the Ride 17, just after the release of the Ride 18. The first pair has over 800km and is still going strong. I use the shoe mainly for long runs with elements of faster rhythms or recovery runs. Versatility is its domain. It's not pudgy like the Trumph 22, the sole is stiffer, a bit reminiscent of the Trumph 21. The only downside is.... very long laces and a lot of space in the heel area (which is a plus for me).

Cheaper Triumph 21 edition 2023/2024
Cosmetically less cushioned, but a slightly faster and definitely cheaper version of the Triumph 21. The only difference is the slightly higher heel counter, which slightly chafed my Achilles after the first 18km run. Nevertheless, a shoe worth buying. Personally, I'm curious about the durability in the big toe area, as in the Triumph 21 (in 2 pairs of shoes) it was rubbing through from the bottom after 500km (in other shoes, including from Saucony, I've never had this).
