DWR
The DWR coating makes the fabric water repellent, so that water forms droplets on its surface and runs off instead of soaking in. This protects the fabric from getting wet quickly, providing greater comfort in wet conditions, but does not guarantee full water repellency.
Pertex® Quantum
Lightweight (30g/m2), pleasant to the touch and highly durable face fabric. Constructed from thin, dense weaves so that it insulates effectively. It is windproof and - thanks to a DWR coating - provides additional protection against inclement weather.
H2No® Performance Standard
H2No® Performance Standard's three-layer shell fabrics are treated with a DWR (durable water repellent) fabric finish, which repels light rain and snow. Combined with a water-repellent and breathable barrier, the DWR finish prevents saturation of the outer fabric, allowing the breathable barrier to work effectively.
Patagonia Thermogreen®
It is an innovative synthetic insulation made from polyester fibres, up to 90% of which are recycled. It is distinguished by its excellent thermal insulation properties and offers excellent regulation of body temperature, protecting against the cold as well as against excessive heat by effectively wicking away moisture.
