A type of synthetic insulation, known as ‘artificial down’, which is used in outdoor clothing and footwear. It consists of polyester microfibres and provides high thermal insulation and moisture resistance.

The fabric was inspired by nature. It is water and dirt-repellent and entirely biodegradable. It is also characterised by durability and breathability, and owes its properties to a construction taken from the structure of tree tops.
