The GORE-TEX® Insulated Comfort membrane guarantees excellent waterproofing while ensuring outstanding breathability and thermal comfort in low temperatures. Thanks to this technology, the SCARPA Manta Tech GTX model effectively protects against moisture even in harsh winter mountain conditions. The internal insulation supports thermal insulation, enhancing safety and comfort during long treks.

Shoe upper construction and protection system

The upper made of suede leather is additionally reinforced with a full rand, which increases durability and resistance to abrasion and contact with sharp surfaces. The high profile of the upper stabilises the ankle joint, protecting against injuries on rocky trails. The boots utilise classic lacing, allowing for precise fit to the foot and confidence in steps on difficult terrain.

Sole technology and cushioning

The outsole is made of Vibram® Pentax Precision XT rubber, known for its excellent grip on various mountain surfaces. Cushioning is provided by EVA foam, effectively dampening vibrations and improving walking comfort in challenging terrain.
