4 Way Stretch
The fabric with 4 Way Stretch technology stretches lengthwise and crosswise for better freedom of movement and greater durability of the garment. Thanks to this property, the garments fit better to the body, allowing you to perform a variety of activities in comfort.
DURASTRETCH
A fabric used in the production of outdoor clothing by the Salewa brand. It is characterised by good perspiration wicking, elasticity and high tear resistance. DURASTRETCH garments are therefore comfortable and durable.
POLARLITE
An innovative fleece that provides high insulation and maintains body heat, as well as helping to wick away perspiration and thus prevent hypothermia. POLARLITE is used in the manufacture of fleece jackets, as an inner lining in softshell and hardshell jackets and as a thermal underwear as it can be worn directly against the skin.
Body Mapping System
Analysis of the way the human body regulates temperature and the amount of perspiration secreted during exercise has led to the development of Body Mapping. It involves the use of special materials and technologies in the manufacture of sportswear to improve performance in specific areas of the body, to ensure dryness and comfort.
Cordura®
A fabric made of polyamide fibres, coated with a layer of Teflon, renowned for its extraordinary resistance to adverse external factors. The fabric is lightweight, waterproof and very durable. It is used in the manufacture of specialised clothing and footwear, but also backpacks, harnesses and protectors.
