Heat bonded technology
Layer bonding technology for 2-layer aero SUPs from JOBE. The application of the layers by means of high temperature is carried out under strictly controlled conditions by high-tech machines and saves approximately 2 kg of weight compared to traditional bonding methods. An additional advantage is the reduction in the amount of glue needed for the board. Thanks to heat bonded technology, the boards are rigid, extremely light and have an optimal shape and appearance.
X-dropstitching
A lightweight and high-performance SUP board construction by JOBE. Instead of individual nylon threads, it uses one long thread that crosses between two layers of PVC. This construction increases the strength of the board while reducing its weight.
