I was disappointed
After the first time I put them on, I bruised my heels to the point that I had to secure with a few patches to put on any other shoe. The New Balance I wore a few years ago were comfortable as slippers and pleasant on the foot, hence the decision to buy them. These are more rigid which makes the heel counter hurt the skin. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the brand. This is not what I expected from a shoe for £400, hence my rating.
