They provide good cushioning, calf and ankle pain disappeared at around 100km. Unfortunately they were poking into the arch of the foot causing pain and blisters.

The HOKA Bondi 8 are some of the best running shoes I have had the opportunity to test. You can feel the incredible cushioning and softness underfoot from the first time you put them on. They are great for both long runs and recovery workouts. The upper holds the foot well while allowing it to breathe. The black/white colour looks modern and goes with everything. After a few weeks of intensive use, there are no major signs of wear. Definitely worth the price.

Very good cushioning. I am a person who moves a lot. However, I am far from a professional runner. I can recommend the shoes to anyone who wants to run a lot and not necessarily feel it in their legs. At this point, I would dedicate the shoes more to people who are starting to run or, for example, have been running for a year or two and are afraid of injury. From the reviews it seems that the max you can run in them is a pace of 5:30 per km also this defines who they are for.

Let me say right from the start that all those opinions about "cloud on the legs" and fluffiness can be put between fairy tales, highly exaggerated opinions. The cushioning is there, but it's middle of the pack, not top of the range. Narrow in construction, so for a wide foot they fall off. Other than that, great shoes, rocker and profiling, low drop, great workmanship. More for spring than summer, because not very breathable.

Comfort

As an overweight beginner runner, I highly recommend the Hoka Bondi 8 shoes. From the first workout I felt a huge difference compared to my previous shoes - the cushioning is sensational and every step is soft and stable. My joints hurt less and my legs are not as tired after running. They give great support and really encourage you to train regularly. If you are just starting out in running and are afraid of overloading - these shoes are a hit.

After 8 years with one model (in successive versions) of the asphalt shoe, it is time for a change. After the nike vomero it is softer but also kind of clunkier. Nevertheless, softness is what I was looking for and that's what I got.

The sizing was heavily understated. I wear a fair 43.5. 44 shoes are a close fit for me and in this model the 44 was tight. On top of that, the sole described as soft and cushioning is not quite as comfortable. The shoe doesn't fit well and isn't even close to as cushioned as ON.
They went for return and not just because of the size.

Topabka excellent makkučka, I felt like on a cloud, but the size 44 didn't fit me, my toe on the left foot was pushing me and at 44 and 2/3 my right foot was already gently disappeared. So the ropanky very nicely. I RECOMMEND.
