Overall a pretty nice product when assembled - good quality materials. What necessarily needs improvement are the wheels, the lack of bearings and the plastic construction is debatable for a product with a weight of 71 kg and an "outdoor" purpose (especially for a product for £3000).
A whole separate point for discussion is the assembly instructions, it may be intuitive for someone who designed it, but it's certainly not easy for someone who is dealing with the product for the first time. Even for a technically knowledgeable person familiar with assembling complex products, the graphics contain multiple assembly steps on one page without proper numbering of where to start. The numbering of products and screws is one big puzzle. Someone came up with the cool idea of positioning the screws in the packaging, unfortunately there are no descriptions there and in transit everything got shuffled around....
There is also no guidance on what tools and spanner sizes would be needed for assembly, so you have to check everything yourself - this is also a big area for improvement.
Completely leaving aside the assembly issues and the quality of the instructions - nice product, stable, seems to be of good quality (apart from the wheels). Time will tell.
