Ingredients: Maltodextrin, water, fructose, L-leucine, taurine, sodium citrate, L-valine, natural flavor, potassium citrate, green tea leaf extract (contains caffeine), citric acid, calcium carbonate, beta-alanine, L-isoleucine, sea salt, gellan gum, medium-chain triglycerides (MCT), sodium benzoate (preservative), potassium sorbate (preservative).

Usage: Consume the gel 15 minutes before activity, then every 30-45 minutes during exercise. The recommended daily dose is 4 sachets and should not be exceeded.
