The Hms L8022 Premium bench is a 2-in-1 bench that can be used with a barbell rack as well as for dumbbell training. Thanks to its multifunctionality, it offers many options for body shaping, and the possibility to adjust the backrest angle as well as the inclination and height of the leg holder allows optimal adaptation of the equipment to the user's height.

The backrest can be adjusted on 5 levels, while the leg holder allows maneuvering in terms of inclination (4 levels), height (3 levels), and length (3 levels).

The L8022 model features a specially contoured ergonomic backrest that provides comfort and convenience during exercises and stabilizes the correct position of the exerciser. Additional advantages of the bench include a solid board providing stable support and soft, adequately thick foam that helps in perfect body positioning. The modern carbon upholstery is resistant to moisture and sweat and prevents the body from slipping, which enhances training efficiency.

The construction of this equipment allows the backrest to be set inclined downwards, enabling abdominal muscle exercises. Additionally, the leg holder provides comfort and safety during so-called sit-ups. The L8022 set includes two resistance bands that enrich barbell or dumbbell training. The equipment can withstand a maximum load of up to 180 kg.
