Men's running shoes HOKA Arahi 7 Wide black/white (1147870-BWHT)

Men's running shoes HOKA Arahi 7 Wide were designed with men who need stability during running in mind. Weighing 284 g, they are optimized for effective training on asphalt. The main advantage of this model is the use of a material that breathes perfectly, ensuring comfort during intense workouts.

Innovative stabilization technologies

Arahi 7 Wide uses the J-Frame™ system, offering unparalleled support for runners with pronation. J-Frame™ works synergistically with Meta-Rocker Geometry, aiding smoother foot rollover. This innovative approach increases running efficiency and minimizes the risk of injuries, especially on hard surfaces.

Cushioning and comfort

The shoes feature CMEVA foam, which combines lightness with excellent cushioning. The lowered 5 mm drop creates a sense of natural ground contact, which is important for runners who prefer natural biomechanics of movement. This solution reduces fatigue during prolonged use and increases running comfort.

Durability and grip

The outsole is designed for use on hard surfaces and includes sections of reinforced rubber that improve the shoe's durability. Thanks to this, the shoes offer excellent grip, even in adverse weather conditions, which is crucial for safety and stability during running.

Comfort and construction

The Arahi 7 Wide model stands out with a wider upper, providing more space and better fit. The traditional lacing system, extended heel counter, and plush tongue provide additional comfort and stability. Every detail has been designed with comfort and functionality in mind, which are essential for daily training.

Advantages

Breathability
The materials used in this model are highly breathable, meaning that moisture is effectively wicked away, leaving the inside of the running shoe dry and comfortable.
Depreciation
The sole material provides excellent cushioning and high energy return to make your run comfortable and safe, no matter what terrain you[re on.
Lightness
The designed construction of the sole and upper and the use of suitable materials ensures lightness without losing the necessary comfort during frequent, intensive use.
pronated foot
The shoe is designed to be safe for feet with excessive pronation. With better cushioning and more arch support, it is possible to prevent the foot from rolling inwards.
Stabilisation
The shoes are designed with a particular focus on safety, so they provide exceptional stability to prevent injuries and trauma and protect the feet during intense training sessions.
J-Frame™
A system in the midsole of HOKA ONE ONE shoes designed to cushion and support the foot during running. It provides smooth movement and comfort for users with high foot pronation.
MetaRocker™
The rounded geometry of the sole in the front and rear of the shoe supports the natural rolling of the foot when walking. This solution facilitates a dynamic transition from heel to toe, increasing fluidity and economy of movement.

How to measure the length of your foot - instructions in 4 steps

    1. Prepare a sheet of paper and set it on a hard, non-slippery surface - it is best to tape it to the floor.

2 Stand barefoot on a piece of paper - distribute your body weight evenly and set your foot straight.

    3. Mark the tip of the big toe and the back of the heel - preferably holding the pencil vertically.

    4. Take off the foot and measure the distance between the marks - this is the length of the foot. Repeat for the other foot and choose a larger measurement, matching it to the size chart.
