The men's ski helmet 4F M034 is a unique combination of safety, comfort, and style, dedicated to winter sports enthusiasts. Designed with demanding users in mind, this model meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.

The use of 100% polycarbonate in the main material guarantees durability and resistance to damage, which is crucial in extreme skiing conditions. Additionally, the second main material, 100% EPS (expanded polystyrene), provides excellent shock absorption, thereby increasing the level of safety. Lined with 100% polyester, the helmet offers not only protection but also comfort during prolonged activity.

Another important aspect is the ventilation system. Variable ventilation allows adjustment of airflow to individual needs and weather conditions, resulting in greater comfort and prevention of overheating. The InMould technology, which involves bonding the outer shell with the inner shock-absorbing layer, further enhances the safety and durability of the helmet.

PC shell

The shell is made of durable polycarbonate. It is a durable and abrasion- and impact-resistant material, characterised by its low weight. It is able to dissipate more impact force than thermoplastic and is relatively cheap to produce, resulting in a more attractive helmet price.

EPS inner shell

Under the outer, impact-resistant shell, there is an inner layer made of polystyrene. It has a varying density and its main function is to absorb the force of impact during an accident. It provides a good level of safety.

Integrated viewfinder

The construction with an integrated visor guarantees a well-fitting visor to the shape of the helmet. In addition, the lens has a much larger surface area than that used in goggles, which increases the field of vision and, thanks to the large space between the visor and the face, corrective goggles can be worn without difficulty.

In-mould construction

This construction mainly combines different types of in mould foam of different hardnesses. These layers are closely linked to the outer layer of material, which is much harder. This construction makes the helmet extremely lightweight.

In-mold is a manufacturing method in which the outer shell of the helmet is permanently bonded to a layer of inner protective foam during moulding. This makes the helmet lighter, more durable and better absorbs impacts. The process also provides an aesthetically pleasing finish and increased structural durability.
