    MIPS technology in the Smith Method MIPS helmet plays a key role in increasing the user's safety level. This innovative feature, involving the use of a movable layer inside the helmet, minimizes the risk of brain injuries by absorbing and dispersing rotational forces upon impact. This is especially important during falls at various angles, which are common in skiing and snowboarding.

    The helmet is equipped with a Koroyd® zone, a lightweight and energy-absorbing structure that provides additional protection in the event of an impact. This technology is crucial for enhancing safety by minimizing the risk of injuries during collisions.

    In-Mold construction uses multi-layer polycarbonate structures that provide unparalleled durability while maintaining lightness. As a result, the helmet is not only resistant to damage but also comfortable to wear, which is essential for users actively spending time on the slopes.

    Cooling the head

    The AirEvac ventilation system maximises air circulation between the goggles and the helmet, which reduces fogging of the goggles and allows for effective temperature regulation inside the helmet. With 8 ventilation openings, the helmet ensures excellent air circulation.

    On the back panel of the helmet, there is a clip for securing goggles, and the helmet also offers the option to install an audio set, which is an important addition for those who want to combine safety with entertainment on the slope.

    AirEvac™ technology, by Smith, offers excellent air circulation in the goggles, which are fully integrated into the helmet. Thanks to the adapted design of the helmet, warm air is not trapped and collected between the goggles and the helmet, but flows further through the helmet's ventilation system. Thanks to this solution, there is no problem with foggy lenses.
    Koroyd®
    A material used in Smith helmets that provides a high level of safety. It is characterised by a cylindrical structure that absorbs energy during impact and transforms it into kinetic energy, but does not give it back, as is the case with materials that act like a spring. In addition, thanks to their construction from small tubes, they are well permeable to air.
