Atomic Four JR is a children's ski helmet that perfectly combines safety, comfort, and style, modeled after the popular adult Atomic Four models.

The innovative Atomic Aircon Venting cooling system is a key feature of the Atomic Four JR helmet. This advanced mechanism effectively removes warm air from inside the helmet, ensuring the scalp stays cool and dry, even during intense physical activity. Thanks to numerous ventilation channels distributed throughout every layer of the helmet, excellent air circulation is guaranteed, which is crucial in changing weather conditions on the ski slopes.

Integrated 3D ear pads provide thermal comfort – warmth on cold days and coolness when the temperature rises.

User safety is a priority in the Atomic Four JR. The Holo Core technology used in the helmet’s construction significantly increases its impact resistance, offering protection 30% higher than standard industry requirements. The innovative In-Mould solution, combining a durable outer shell with lightweight foam, further enhances the helmet’s durability without burdening the child’s head.

An important feature of the helmet is also the Audio compatible Ear Pads, allowing use of audio systems while skiing. This solution increases the enjoyment of skiing and allows young skiers to enjoy their favorite music or communicate with friends.

Impact protection

Skiing is classified as a high-risk sport, which means that the greatest possible protection is required during skiing. The helmet offers impact protection, which increases the user[s safety on the slopes.

Passive ventilation

Permanently integrated into the helmet, the ventilation channels let fresh air in through the openings at the front and let excess heat and moisture out through the rear openings. Thanks to this solution, the goggles do not evaporate and the head is kept comfortable during activity.

Ergonomic design

The ergonomic shape ensures a high level of comfort when skiing. This helmet design allows undisturbed airflow, which also improves ventilation inside the shell.

EN 1077 certification

This is a European safety certificate which certifies that the helmet has passed crash and point tests. The first part of the test determines the maximum force that can act on the helmet during a collision, checking absorption through deformation, while the second tests the strength of the shell during point impacts, such as with a ski pole.

Buckle fastening

The chin strap uses a classic buckle fastening. It is easy to use, but fastening and unfastening it can be problematic with winter gloves. It will work well with helmets designed for slightly older children.

Soft ear muffs

Soft ear muffs are a different helmet design with ear muffs that are not overlapped by the helmet shell. They are extremely soft and protect the ears from the cold without interfering with sound reception. ASTM F2040 certification

This is an American safety standard, more stringent than the European CE 1077 ECC standard. The test involves dropping the helmet on three types of impact anvils at different speeds. However, point tests and chin strap tests are omitted. A helmet with this certification ensures safety during a crash.
