The Vibram® ECOSTEP outsole provides reliable contact with the ground when walking on various surfaces, from slippery rocks to dry trails. The use of a recycled rubber blend in this construction helps to reduce the consumption of new raw materials while maintaining high performance quality. When traversing wet areas or steep ascents, the foot maintains stability thanks to the properties of the applied material.
Polyurethane insole

TamásFor a short hike or for everyday use
I recently bought the shoes. After a short run in, I did the Gerecse50 hike in them. Otherwise the shoes were comfortable, but unfortunately I developed blisters under my big toe and on the edges of my heels after about 35 kilometres, even though I was wearing hiking socks. I wouldn't recommend them for longer hikes, but they are comfortable for smaller family and weekend hikes.

I wear 42 every day, here 43 were too small. Probably 43.5 or 44 would have been good, but there are no more available.
