Adhesive

When choosing a shoe designed for trekking in difficult terrain, it is important to pay attention to its outsole. This model uses a specially shaped tread, as well as a durable rubber compound for good grip on the ground.

Good cushioning

The cushioning is designed to absorb shock and allow for a springy, light step on the trail. The specially developed materials used in the midsole, as well as the construction of the shoe, make it easier to step, ensuring a high level of comfort on hard surfaces.

Durable material

When trekking, especially in difficult terrain, trekking boots are prone to damage. Durable and strong fabrics have been used for this model to minimise the risk of damage to the boots and extend their life.

Waterproof

This model provides protection in harsh weather conditions. It has been made from waterproof fabrics so that water is effectively kept out, does not get through the upper and the feet stay dry.

Full wrap

A protective insert, wrapping around the entire shoe, increases the level of protection on difficult and demanding trails. It minimises the unpleasant effects of contact with rocks, reinforces the upper and protects it from dirt and water penetration into the shoe.

Kevlar®

Aramid fibre material invented by American chemist of Polish origin Stephanie Kwolek, used in the production of, among other things: hiking and climbing clothing. It is characterised by lightness, stiffness, high impact and crack resistance and high temperatures. It is approx. Powertex

A waterproof membrane that effectively keeps out water and snow, and offers a basic level of breathability, sufficient to ensure comfort for less intense activities.

Pomoca®

A trekking boot sole characterised by good durability and high grip on difficult terrain. The special tread layout helps to roll the foot during technical approaches.

Climbing Lacing

A special binding found in some models of mountain boots. In a system taken from climbing boots, the binding extends right to the top of the boot. This allows the shoe to be adjusted very precisely in difficult terrain.

Salewa Anti-Debries Stretch Gaiter

The Salewa Anti-Debries Stretch Gaiter technology is a stiletto integrated into the boot. Thanks to their flexibility, they adjust themselves to the foot making them ideal for traversing mountain trails.

MFF+

MFF+ technology is an innovative insole which, thanks to the use of two interchangeable layers, enables a more individualised fit to the foot which increases comfort.

3F System

A special Salewa-branded construction that connects the shoe's instep to the sole and heel via a steel cable or strong webbing. Provides foot support and stability to the shoe on the trail.
