Goggles Clockwork WC RIG® Reflect feature systems that ensure image sharpness and user eye safety. They are equipped with a toric lens with patented RIG® technology and a GORE® Protective Vent system.
The Clockwork World Cap RIG Reflect BL model additionally has Race Covers coatings, which allow closing the ventilation openings at higher speeds.
An additional, interchangeable lens provides functionality of the goggles in sunny and slightly cloudy conditions.
Advantages
UV protection 400
The UV 400 filter used in the glazing is guaranteed to protect the eyes from harmful ultraviolet radiation. It blocks 99.9% of wavelengths up to 400 nanometres, both UVA, UVB and UVC. The use of goggles with UV protection is a cornerstone that can prevent serious health problems.
Glazing category S2
The lens with the S2 category is the most versatile. It will work well on a slightly cloudy day as well as when the sun is not too strong. It absorbs between 57 and 82% of light and has a slightly darkened surface.
Hydrophobic coating
The lens has been coated with a special coating so that drops hitting the lens surface do not smear, but drip off. This does not impair visual acuity in difficult conditions. The lens itself is thus easy to keep clean, as the coating repels water and grease, and fingerprints rub off very easily.
Anti-Fog coating
Temperature fluctuations can cause unwanted fogging on the inside of the lens. To prevent this effect from occurring, the lens is treated with a special coating that prevents fogging. This increases safety and comfort when on the slopes.
RIG®
RIG® technology is a revolutionary lens technology developed by Sweet Protection. It features better contrast for improved vision and very low colour distortion resulting in less eye fatigue.
Hydrophobic Lens Coating
Lenses with a hydrophobic coating that prevents water and dirt from settling on them. The outer side of the lens is resistant to moisture. They guarantee excellent visibility.
GORE® Protective Vent
The purpose of this technology is to equalise the pressure between the outer and inner lens, prevent deformation of the inner lens due to changes in air pressure and minimise optical distortion.
