    The Fizan Lite Nordic walking poles consist of three segments, which facilitates their transport and storage. They weigh only 175 g, so they will not be a burden even during longer hikes. The Lite poles also feature baskets and rubber tips, allowing them to be used on various types of surfaces. The length of the poles is adjustable within the range of 60-132 cm, which allows for proper customization to the individual needs and height of the user. They are made of aluminum, which guarantees their durability and resistance to damage.

    The Flexy Internal System locking system provides stability and confidence during pole use. The pole diameter is 17/16/14 mm, making them very comfortable to hold and providing optimal control while walking.
