The trekking shoes Salewa Alp Trainer 2 GTX are the perfect choice for challenging day-long hikes and trekking. They are exceptional due to their protection against adverse conditions and high resistance to damage.
The Alp Trainer 2 GTX model features a reliable GORE-TEX® Extended membrane, which is highly breathable and waterproof, providing effective protection against rain and mud during hikes in difficult weather conditions. The shoe upper is made of durable, soft suede leather and has a protective rubber rand, which increases the durability of the shoes.
The midsole made of EVA foam guarantees comfort and cushioning during hikes on rough terrain, as well as excellent energy return. The OrthoLite insole used effectively wicks away moisture and improves air circulation inside the shoe, ensuring dryness and comfort. The 3F system allows precise fitting of the shoes to the foot, stabilizing the ankle and heel.

Super comfortable, I have a wide foot and tried on a dozen models, each one bothered me in some way. These boots are super comfortable even for hikes over 20km. They seem to be indestructible, there are no signs of wear, however, despite the fact that they were used very little and in light terrain, the shoelace fixing broke off - I hope it is a defect of the copy and Sportano will replace it under warranty, in any case I would buy the same model again.
