After a year, the gloves broke, the filling broke and spilled out through the torn lining inside. I used them for both bag training and sparring 2-3 times a week.

Size 16oz, medium hand. Overall good mittens, but keep in mind that they run small. A little pressure near the thumb on the palm side. It seems like the glove is not thick enough due to the thick layer of filler. But I think after a few workouts it will break down and fit properly. The materials are of high quality, durable, the skin of the hand breathes because the inside is made entirely of mesh. Also, the inside of the thumb and the wrist strap are made of artificial leather inserts.
