    Women's shoes HOKA Kawana are a model dedicated to running on hard surfaces, such as asphalt, which is why they offer good cushioning that will provide you with a pleasant experience during training. The midsole contains a new CMEVA foam, which absorbs shocks and vibrations well, and also increases the rebound force.  

    This model is distinguished by the applied SWALLOWTAIL™ technology. It is a unique heel geometry and an extended crash pad designed to reduce the impact force during landing, which translates into every step being made in a smooth and effortless manner.

    The upper of the Kawana shoes is made of breathable mesh that ensures optimal temperature regulation during running, training, or gym exercises. Thanks to this, the feet remain dry and comfortable.

      How to measure the length of your foot - instructions in 4 steps

      1. Prepare a sheet of paper and set it on a hard, non-slippery surface - it is best to tape it to the floor.

      2 Stand barefoot on a piece of paper - distribute your body weight evenly and set your foot straight.

      3. Mark the tip of the big toe and the back of the heel - preferably holding the pencil vertically.

      4. Take off the foot and measure the distance between the marks - this is the length of the foot. Repeat for the other foot and choose a larger measurement, matching it to the size chart.
