    The upper of the Cross Hike MID GTX 2 shoes, made of durable fabric, features waterproofness and optimal durability thanks to the support of the GORE-TEX membrane. Additionally, the OrthoLite® insole provides comfort and ventilation. It is also worth noting that the shoes are environmentally friendly, made from recycled materials and free of PFCs. Cushioning, provided by the EnergyCell™ midsole, absorbs shocks and enables a light, springy step on the trail, while the Quicklace™ lacing system keeps the foot in the proper position, minimizing the risk of injury and allowing for optimal fit.

      How to measure the length of your foot - instructions in 4 steps

      1. Prepare a sheet of paper and set it on a hard, non-slippery surface - it is best to tape it to the floor.

      2 Stand barefoot on a piece of paper - distribute your body weight evenly and set your foot straight.

      3. Mark the tip of the big toe and the back of the heel - preferably holding the pencil vertically.

      4. Take off the foot and measure the distance between the marks - this is the length of the foot. Repeat for the other foot and choose a larger measurement, matching it to the size chart.
